Returnable Items
You can request a return/refund or exchange item within 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcels, subject to the following rules:
1) The product you received is defective or damaged or soiled.
2) The product you received in the incorrect size or color. (Excluding the normal color difference)
3) Unwashed, unworn and unused products do not meet your expectations within 14 days of your receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
We will not accept return or exchange under the following conditions:
1) The product more than 14 days after receipt.
2) Washed, worn, used or misused the product.
Please note that all returns or exchanges must be made in advance by contacting our customer service and obtaining authorization. Returns or exchanges without a return note will not be accepted.
Returns Process
Please follow our return process carefully to minimize any delays:
1) If your item is returnable (see above), please contact our customer service to provide you with a return note, which explains your order number, product name, and reason for return and exchange.
2) When contacting our customer service, please briefly describe the reason for the return or exchange. High-quality pictures or video will be more helpful to explain the problem.
3) Our customer service will reply to you within 24 hours and provide you with the return note and our return address.
4) Please return the items strictly in accordance with the instructions on the return note, and timely email the tracking number to our customer service.
5) You must return items in their original packaging, your return or refund is unable to be acceptable if the items are not in the original condition(damaged, being dirty ,washed, or used).
6) Once we have received your return items, we will email to you and arrange a refund or an exchange within 3 business days.
Return Address & Shipping Costs
1) We will provide you with the return address after receiving your request for return and exchange.
2) All shipping costs will be borne by the customer, including shipping cost for return or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. if your items are free shipping, 20% of the payment will be deducted as the freight. Other than that, there are no other return fees.
3) To compensate for your loss, through our evaluation, we will offer you more discounts for your next order.
