For natural material, even the most expensive leather will wear off with the use of the shoes and need to be cared to maintain their optimum condition. Natural tanned leathers may alter in color with use and exposure to light. This is not about quality, it regarded as the natural aging of the leathers.

Cow leather is smooth and strong, usually it's used to make shoes upper to provide light and durable wearing experience. Same as all leathers, cow leather will naturally wrinkle and soften with age. It also needs maintenance, using a soft damp cloth to wipe the dirt gently and get shoes dried at once, keep away from direct heat. Cleaning products which contain solvents are not recommended to clean the shoes, since solvents will affect the leather surface finishing.

Patent leather is made from natural leather finished with a mixture of acrylic and polyurethane on the surface, to make it for longer lasting and durable finish. Using a soft damp cloth to clean the surface dirt after wearing. As time goes on, patent leather may lose its glossy finish eventually, also it is sensitive to color transfer, so please make sure store your shoes in dustproof bag and put it away from dark or heavily printed materials, and avoid direct light or heat and contact with alcohol or solvents.

Snake printed leather. It’s very important to avoid contact with liquids that contain alcohol, as it will remove the printed finishing on the leather. With constant flexing, the snake printed leather may get wrinkle. This is natural wear and tear and should not be considered as a flaw. Same with a soft damp cloth to wipe gently on the surface and get dried at once. Do not apply any cleaning products to clean the printed leather shoes, this will make damage to the print.

Snake skin is a very delicate natural material. Better to put it away from chemical products and avoid rain, exposure and extrusion, and store in a dry place in case damp and moldy. Avoid dark or heavily printed materials. Regular care should be taken to keep the snake skin in a good condition, by using a clean dry cloth and wipe dirt gently along with the pattern and squama on the snake skin.

Metallic Leather is with a smooth surface, it is made from of leather with laminated finish. Due to its sensitivity, please make sure to avoid contact with solvents and alcohol (perfume), since it may remove the surface finishing from the leather. Also avoid sharp or abrasive objects in case it damage the metallic finish. Once the metallic finish is removed, it cannot be repaired. Shoes made of Metallic Leather should be stored away from direct sources of humidity and heat, and it can be cleaned by gently wiping with a soft damp cloth and get it dried at once.

Suede Leather is a very absorbent material and get marks easily, so please get away from wet, water and rain and store it in a dry place. We recommend using suede protector to keep the shoes in good condition. Usually you can gently remove the dirt using a soft suede brush but with care, because excessive use can cause permanent damage.

For Satin material, extra care should be taken to avoid snagging or excess abrasion, as it may not be possible to repair once fraying occurs. Any satin can be damaged by friction, such as a full-length dress rubbing on the top of the shoes. So please handle this material with due care. Any dirt should be wiped away with a soft dry cloth. For more deeply ingrained stains we would advise you to a professional cleaning service.
